These Terms govern your use of CalorieBro AI’s mobile and web services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Wellness information, not medical advice

Calorie and nutrition estimates, coaching, and recommendations are informational. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice. Seek qualified care for medical conditions or concerns.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for protecting access to your account, and for activity performed through it. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may be purchased through Apple In‑App Purchase or our secure web checkout. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store or billing method used. Access remains available through the paid period after cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm another person.

5. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of meal photos and information you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content and operate the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

6. Availability and estimates

AI food recognition and nutrition values are estimates and may be wrong. Verify information when accuracy is important. Features may change as we improve the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CalorieBro AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
